Warranty, Shipping And Exchange Policy

For the purpose of this warranty Classic Game Publishers Inc. will be known as the “company”.
The company warrants the sale of its products for a period of 30 (THIRTY) days from the date of receipt by the customer.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects with the printed circuit board.
The printed circuit board must be returned to the company at the customers expense.
The product will be replaced, or repaired, or the cost of the entire product refunded. (Less shipping and handling charges)

Products that are shipped via Canada Post, small packet, have NO TRACKING or signature required.

The customer understands and agrees that the company will not be held liable for lost or stolen shipments. The company will take a photo of each and every package at the postal outlet as proof of its good faith in shipping the product. The customer agrees not to charge back credit card charges on uninsured packages.

If the customer wishes to pay extra charges for insurance , please email us for additional costs.
